Terms of service

These terms cover what ZeeroClick sells: one website, built for you. The seller is ZeeroClick, SIRET 938 286 556 00023, France. Details on the business page. By paying, you agree to these terms.

1. Price and payment

• The funding required is $997, paid once, or in 2 payments: $499 now and $498 once your site is live. The second payment link is sent the day your site is live.
• Paid by card, online, through Stripe, in US dollars. Your card statement shows ZEEROCLICK.
• VAT is not charged: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Each payment gets an invoice after you pay.
• Nothing to sign. Nothing monthly unless you choose care.

2. Your Complete Website: what is included

• The complete site: a home page, a page for every service and a page for every town you work in, built from your Google listing and reviews (and your current site, if you have one). It is yours for good.
• Live on your own web address. If you have none, or yours belongs to a booking or website platform, we suggest 3 free .com names, you pick one, and we register it for you. The first year of that address is included.
• Your Google reviews on the site, a call button and a short request form on every page.
• Hosting is free, by us. It is handed over any time you ask.
• The night and weekend helper (or the night front desk for med spas and dentists) is included for the first 90 days after your site is live.
• New features (online booking built in, a shop, ordering, a login, anything beyond the complete site) are add-ons, quoted by us case by case. Nothing is charged for one unless you okay the price in writing.

3. You only pay if you love it

You see the finished site before you pay anything. If you do not want it, nothing happens.

4. Live in 7 Days, or Your Money Back

Your site is live on your own web address within 7 days of paying, or you get every dollar back.

Live means your site answers on your own web address (for example https://www.yourbusiness.com) with a secure https connection, on a phone and on a computer.

The 7 days start when your payment goes through. They pause while we are waiting on you: if our email asks you to do the web address step, or to pick a web address, the days between that email and your reply do not count. Reply "done" (or with the address you picked) and the count starts again. If you never reply, the 7 days stay paused; we remind you, and the site stays ready.

5. Changes, care and the helper

• For the first 30 days after your site is live, any change to what is on your site is free: words, photos, colors, prices, hours, services, the order of sections. A change you send before 3pm your time on a weekday is live the same day. If we miss it, you get a month of care free.
• After the first 90 days, the night and weekend helper (or night front desk) is $49 a month if you keep it.
• Care is optional and comes later: same-day changes, monthly updates and the helper, for $295 a month or $2,950 a year. Stop any time by replying "stop".
• The helper on your site answers only from what is on your site. It never gives medical or dental advice, never quotes prices, and never asks for health details.

6. Refunds

7. Things we do not do

• We never promise a ranking on Google, a number of calls, bookings, jobs or sales, or what any insurer will pay.
• We do not write medical, dental or legal claims. You check that what your site says about your services is true.

8. Problems

If anything is wrong, reply to any email you got from us, or write to hello@zeeroclick.com, and we fix it. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can sort it out first.
